We, the psychologists are nobody else then the ones who pretend to adopt in a working team, of players, coaches, physiotherapists, doctors, parents,… an integrating point of view that is needed to understand the situations in order to help each one in the group to be able to give the player the most adapted and necessary contribution and that helps the player to use in the best way possible these contributions and to get the best performance in between his possibilities.

Targets of physical preparation/ Walter Navarro
Before starting to talk about this subject I would like to make a brief explanation of the concept “physical preparation”. It is considered as any kind of test or training done regularly and ordered with a series of exercises or activities aimed at strengthening or recovering a part of the human body. This means that any activity conducted with a cadence, high levels of effort, rates of recovery, certain stops and concrete targets can be considered as “physical preparation”.
